However, he was quick to admit that his cameraman and lawyer who accompanied him all sampled the Hoodia Gordonii and found that the fleshy plant was ‘slightly unpleasant’ but kept them feeling full with a ‘feel-good’ property, much like an aphrodisiac offers.

So, those of you who are keen on fighting extra flab and also getting the high of an aphrodisiac, the choice of going on the natural and safe Hoodia Gordonii diet is an open one – much like the BBC team did!
